Weekend Update

My weekend wasn't as productive as I'd like, but that's ok. Really, it was plenty productive, just not in the way I wanted.

I have an exam this week, so I spent about ten hours Sunday studying (today, technically - I haven't been to bed yet...). But I also took some time earlier this weekend to hang out with a friend and do some handwork while we were watching some Netflix.

FYI, this is what happens when you try to do EPP and watch scandal at the same time...

You might have seen that little oops if you follow me on Instagram...

So lots more studying this week, and then next week I'll be able to do some fun stuff in the studio. Until then, leukemias and cardiac function are all I'm going to be thinking about.

Have I mentioned that working 13 hour shifts and going to grad school at the same time sucks?

  1. ugh. I feel you. I had big grand plans of being totally productive this weekend and spent 8+ hours upgrading, patching, and fixing web sites. I guess it is productive, but certainly not the kind of productive I *wanted* to be!

Good luck on your tests or papers or thesis or whatever you're studying so hard for. :)

    1. Ugh, I guess I'd rather study than do web site stuff. I struggle enough just with this blog!

  2. Good luck on your exam! Hopefully you'll get lots of sewing time as a reward when it's over. And candy.

  5. all the best with the studying and exams. Such a busy time for you I am not surprised that you are getting little time to sleep. Good to have a little time to relax and stitch and wind down after all the academic stuff.
